
Our weekly Boxing Fitness sessions provide a structured and energetic environment for both youth and adults to improve their physical fitness and discipline. Open to brothers of all levels, these sessions focus on building strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence through guided boxing training.
Delivered in a positive and supportive setting, participants will develop key skills while benefiting from an engaging and motivating atmosphere. Separate sessions are held for younger participants and adults to ensure appropriate training intensity and focus.
Sessions take place every Thursday at Masjid Maryam.
Please bring your own gloves and water (all other equipment is provided).
